Summary

The appropriation under "salaries and expenses" in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1952, shall be available for the repair, alteration, improvement, preservation, and equipment of leased premises, and the construction of auxiliary and appurtenant temporary structures, ramps, roadways, and approaches thereto, at the Chicago International Airport, O'Hare Field, Park Ridge, Illinois, to house the National Air Museum storage collections. Appropriations of the executive departments and independent establishments for the current fiscal year, available for expenses of travel or for the expenses of the activity concerned, are hereby made available for living quarters allowances in accordance with the Act of June 26, 1930 (5 U.S.C. 118a) and for cost-of-living allowances for all civilian officers and employees of the Government permanently stationed in foreign countries.
