PrintThe sum of $157,000 is appropriated for the National Zoological Park for the following expenses: roads, walks, bridges, water supply, sewerage, and drainage; for improving the grounds; erecting and repairing buildings; care and transportation of animals; necessary employees, purchase , maintenance, and driving of horses and vehicles required for official purposes; purchasing and supplying uniforms to park police; and purchase of necessary books and periodicals.
