Summary

A Commission, consisting of the Commissioner of Patents, the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution, and a patent attorney, to be designated by the Commissioner Patents, is created to select such of the Patent Office models and exhibition exhibits as may be deemed to be of value and of historical interest. These items shall be placed in the Patent Office or the National Museum. The sum of $10,000 is appropriated in order to carry out the purposes of this Act.
