Summary

An organization by the name of "The National Yeomen F" is created for patriotic, historical, and educational purposes to foster and perpetuate the memory of the service of Yeomen in the United States Naval Reserve Force of the United States Navy during the World War. The organization shall report annually to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution concerning its proceedings, and the Secretary shall communicate to Congress any portions he may deem of national interest and importance. The regents of the Smithsonian Institution are authorized to permit the organization to deposit its collections and other material for history in the National Museum.
