Congressional report to accompany bill (S. 817). The Committee on Rules and Administration was referred the bill (S. 817) to increase the limit amount authorized to be appropriated for the Canal Zone Biological Area (CZBA) from $350,000 to $750,000. The committee recommended that the bill pass with an amendment. The amendment specified October 1, 1979 as the effective date of bill S. 817.
