Summary

This Act concerns voluntary separation incentives, amount and treatment of payments, and the effect of subsequent employment with the Government. The Act also relates to additional agency contributions to the retirement fund; the reduction of federal full-time equivalent positions; monitoring and report relating to voluntary separation incentive payments; dislocation payments for certain contractor personnel; subsequent employment and repayment of separation payment; and standardization of withdrawal options for thrift savings plan participants.
