Summary

Section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to authorized the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution to plan, design, construct, and equip space in the East Court of the National Museum of Natural History building, and for other purposes", approved October 24, 1990 (20 U.S.C. 50 note), is amended by inserting "and succeeding fiscal years" after "1991".
