Summary

Section 3(b) of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Act of 1968 (20 U.S.C. 80f(b)) is amended to read as follows: "(b) The Board of Trustees shall be composed of 19 members as follows: (1) the Secretary of State; (2) the Secretary of Health and Human Services; (3) The Secretary of Education; (4) the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities; (5) the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution; (6) the Librarian of Congress; (7) the Director of the United States Information Agency; (8) the Archivist of the United States; (9) one member appointed by the President from time to time from within the Federal Government; and (10) 10 members appointed by the President from private life.".
