Summary

There shall be printed and bound as a public document two thousand sets of the Precedents of the House of Representatives compiled and prepared by Lewis Deschler. The Public Printer shall make the distribution of sets of the Precedents, including two sets to the Smithsonian Institution. Each set of Precedents distributed by the Public Printer shall be for official use.
