Summary

The Municipal Court for the District of Columbia shall be designated the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions. The powers and jurisdiction of the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions are amended. Sections of previous acts pertaining to the attendance of witnesses, witness fees, and the designation of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, are amended.
