Summary

Title 10 contains a repeal provision, which refers to the authorization of the Secretary of War to furnish to the National Museum certain specimens of arms to be exhibited in the National Museum, (41 Stat. 1438 (1921); ch. 166), 70A Stat. 663. Another repeal provision changes the designations of "Department of War" and "Secretary of War" to the "Department of the Army" and "Secretary of the Army", (61 Stat. 501 (1947); ch. 343), 70A Stat. 676.
