The sum of $615,000 is appropriated for expenses necessary for the National Zoological Park including; erecting and repairing buildings; care and improvement of grounds; travel; purchase, care, and transportation of specimens; purchase of motorcycles and passenger motor vehicles; revolvers and ammunition; and purchase of uniforms and equipment for police, and uniforms for keepers and assistant keepers.
