Summary

The Acts and parts of Acts hereby repealed include the Act of May 26, 1928 (45 Stat. 753). The Act authorized the Secretary of War to transfer or loan aeronautical equipment to museums and education institutions. The Act of March 4, 1921, (41 Stat. 1438) is amended by deleting the words "are surplus or." This Act authorized the Secretary of War to furnish to the National Museum certain articles of the arms, materiel, equipment, or clothing heretofore issued or produced for the United States Army, and to dispose of colors, standards, and guidons of demobilized organizations of the United States Army, and for other purposes.
