The Library of Congress Trust Fund Board is authorized to allocate to the Smithsonian Institution one-half of the net income derived after June 30, 1941, from the rental of the property located at Sixteenth and I Streets Northwest, Washington, D. C., conveyed by Annie-May Hegeman to the Board by deed of December 20, 1938.
