Summary

The sum of $4,850 is appropriated for completing the purchase, installation, and maintenance of water meters, to be placed on the water services of the Marine Barracks, Soldiers' Home, Howard University, Freedman's Hospital, Walter Reed Hospital, and Zoological Park. The meters are to be purchased, installed, and maintained by and remain under the observation of the officer in charge of the Washington Aqueduct.
