PrintEnacted by congress for the establishment of the Panama Canal Commission Compensation Fund in the U.S. Treasury. The Panama Canal Commission shall make deposits to the Panama Canal Commission Compensation Funds to defray the estimated total cost of liability for workers' compensation benefits and other payments payable under chapter 91 of title 5, United States Code.
