Summary

Section 8701 (a) (B) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: "(B) an employee who is not a citizen or national of the United States and whose permanent duty station is outside the United States and the Panama Canal Zone." Section 8901 (1) (ii) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: "an employee who is not a citizen or national of the United States and whose permanent duty station is outside the United States and the Panama Canal Zone." Sections relate to employee insurance coverage.
