Summary

The sum of $92,744 is appropriated for the Smithsonian Institution. To pay the additional compensation provided in this act to employees of the United States whose basic compensation is payable 40 per centum out of the Treasury of the United States and 60 percentum out of the revenues of the District of Columbia, the sum of $19,960 is appropriated for the National Zoological Park.
