Summary

The sum of $14,715 is appropriated for heating, lighting, ventilating, electrical and telephonic service for the Freer Building. To enable the Regents of the Smithsonian to heat and to fit up for an exhibition of the aircraft and accessories produced by this Government since the declaration of war,$14,000 is provided for a temporary metal structure. The unexpended balance of the appropriation for the system of international exchanges is reappropriated for payment of expenses of the international exchanges together with the additional sum of $903, 68. For the preservation of collections of the National Museum, $16.95 is provided.
