Summary

The sum of $15,000 is appropriated in order to settle the accounts of Horatio Greenough for expenses incurred in the execution of the pedestrian statue of Washington and for freight charges. In addition, the sum of $5,000 is appropriated for the purpose of removing the statue from the Navy Yard at Washington and for erecting the same in the Rotunda of the Capitol.
