Mr. Delano stated the he had no report to make on the matter of the inheritance tax paid to the State of Michigan by the Executors of the Freer Estate. The Board authorized the Executive Committee to withdraw their acceptance of the resignation of Mr. John E. Lodge as Curator of the Freer Gallery of Art.
