Summary

A Sinking Fund was created as part of the Freer fund. The Permanent Committee decided that 6% of the value of the fund at the time of Mr. Freer's death will be reinvested in high-class securities and real estate mortgages until an amount equal to the original fund is reached, in order to increase the income. A report on attendance figures of the Freer Gallery since its opening and a discussion of the acquisition of a Chinese bronze libation cup of the Chou dynasty.
