Freer Buys Set of Works by Whistler

PrintCharles Lang Freer acquires a set of twenty-six etchings from the artist James McNeill Whistler. Freer was a friend and patron of the artist and many of Whistler's works are included in the collection at the Freer Gallery of Art.
