Work is essentially a glossy, popular guidebook to the Smithsonian. Includes visitor information such as hours, locations of buildings, and most popular holdings. Gives historical information on the Secretaries, the buildings, the National Mall, and exhibits. Also includes several floor-by-floor tours of museums, including the National Museum of Natural History and Natural Portrait Gallery.
