Exhibition catalogue for the recreation of the Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia in 1876 that was displayed in the Smithsonian's Arts and Industries Building in 1976 as part of the celebration of the Bicentennial of the American Revolution. Includes essays by the curators on the various aspects of the exhibition in Philadelphia. Also contains an article by Smithsonian architectural historian James M. Goode on the Arts and Industries Building which was built to house the collections from the Centennial.
