Summary

The 32nd annual Smithsonian Folklife Festival is held on the National Mall in Washington D.C. The programs include: "Wisconsin"; "'Pahiyas': A Philippine Harvest"; "The Baltic Nations: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania"; and "The Rio Grande/Rio Bravo Basin." The festival is also celebrating the 50th anniversary of Smithsonian Folkways Recordings with two special concerts.
