The Experimental Gallery located in the Arts and Industries Building closed on March 25, 1994. The Gallery opened of February 1, 1991 for the purpose of giving museum professionals a "laboratory" to explore exhibition development, context and design, marketing and accessibility strategies. Over its three year existence the gallery presented 15 exhibitions.
