Summary

The Museum of the American Indian petitioned the New York State Supreme Court for a hearing to clarify the Museum's rights and obligations in considering H. Ross Perots offer of $70 million to move the museum to Texas. According to the Museum's charter, the Museum is not allowed to leave the state of New York.
