Summary

James E. Webb, chairman of the Board of Regents executive committee, 1972-1982, is named Regent Emeritus by the Board. Unwilling to seek reappointment, Webb retired from the Board of Regents on June 21, 1982, and his position as chair of the committee was filled by Carlisle H. Humelsine.
