Summary

The National Demonstration Laboratory for Interactive Educational Technologies opens. Opening ceremonies included a news conference and an evening reception in the "Castle." The lab is the first comprehensive center in this country for demonstrating, researching and producing applications for interactive video technology. It is located in the Natural History Building.
