Summary

The National Association for Home Care puchases the Smithsonian buildings on Capitol Hill that were occupied by the Museum of African Art. Home Care paid $2.25 million in cash for the nine town houses and four clusters of garage and carriage-house buildings located at 316-330 A Street, NE.
