Summary

Public parking at the Smithsonian museums is discontinued in light of security concerns. Public parking privileges at the National Air and Space Museum and the National Museum of American History were stopped in June, leaving the outdoor lot at the National Museum of Natural History, which was the last lot to be closed to visitors.
