Summary

Rosalynn Carter donates her Inaugural Ball gown to the Smithsonian at a ceremony in the National Museum of History and Technology, now the National Museum of American History. She first wore the gown in 1971 for her husband's inaugural as governor of Georgia, and chose to wear it again for his inauguration as President.
