Summary

On display through September 30, 1981, is an new Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden acquisition, a rare wooden sculpture by Paul Gauguin, "Cylinder Decorated with Figure of Hina and Two Attendants." It was purchased through the Board of Regents' fund and is one of the few examples of Gauguin's wood sculpture in a public collection outside of Europe.
