Summary

Two National Museum of History and Technology security guards apprehend a man who is later charged with armed robbery of the National Park Service's Monument Concession Store located on the grounds of the Washington Monument. The two officers sighted the man when he ran into the Museum from the Constitution Avenue entrance, and subdued him until he could be handcuffed and turned over to the Park Police.
