Summary

Carlisle H. Humelsine, chair of the Board of Colonial Williamsburg, succeeds Thomas J. Watson, on the Board of Regents Watson resigned in October 1979 to become ambassador to the Soviet Union. Humelsine is officially named to the board on March 13, 1980.
