Summary

Inclement weather in Washington causes damage to the Arts and Industries Building. The weight of snow and rain caused several ice chunks to fall from the outer roof to the lower skylight roof. An office, the South Hall and a section of the west wing were closed on February 21, 1979. No one was hurt in the incident.
