His Royal Highness Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, visits the National Air and Space Museum and is given a guided tour by Smithsonian Secretary S. Dillon Ripley and NASM Executive Officer Walter J. Boyne. The Prince's visit necessitated the closing of the second floor of the Museum.
