Summary

The United States Congress appropriates funds for the United States participation in the Louisiana Purchase Exposition. When $10,000,000 is raised by the Louisiana Purchase Exposition Commission for inagurating and carrying forward an exposition to celebrate the one hundredth anniversary of the purchase of the Louisiana Territory, the United States Congress will add an additional $5,000,000. If not spent, the money will be returned to the Treasury of the United States.
