Summary

The Kids' Tiger Stop, the Cheetah Conservation Station, the Retile Discovery Center, and the Amazonia Habitat Exhibit all opened during 1992 at the National Zoological Park. Friends of the National Zoo contributed more than $180,000 to these exhibits (with nearly 900 volunteers contributing more than 72,000 hours).
