Summary

The National Air and Space Museum launches a videodisc project, to eventually store the museum's archival photo collection containing about 1 million pictures. The NASM System for Digital Recovery (SDR) advances the art of archiving high-quality reproductions of manuscripts, photographs, and printed documents.
