A letter from Wm. W Huber, Driector of Forest Fire Prevention, to Theodore H. Reed, Director of the National Zoological Park, noting that children who visit the National Zoological Park to see Smokey Bear are disappointed he is not in his forest ranger uniform. Huber passes on a suggestion that Smokey's hat, dungarees, belt, and shovel are displayed next to his enclosure.
