Vice Premier T'eng Hsiao-Ping of the People's Republic of China, and his wife, Madame Zhou Lin, visit the Smithsonian, including the National Museum of History and Technology, and Freer Gallery of Art. They will also visit the pandas at the National Zoo with First Lady Rosalyn Carter, and her daughter Amy.
