He then worked in the NMNH, Automated Data Processing Program, for the Mammal Division, and left in June of 1974. He then went to work at the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration to 2000. He was associated with NMNH Marine Mammal Program.
