The Secretary stated the expiration of Mr. Lenox's service left a vacancy on the Building Committee. The Chair nominated Mr. Maury to fill the vacancy which was confirmed on motion. Several resolutions on the death of Andrew J. Downing, Superintendent of the Grounds, and honoring his service and memory, were adopted. The Board then adjourned sine die.
