Colcock, James Meacham, Alexander Dallas Bache, Rufus Choate, Gideon Hawley, Richard Rush, and William C. Preston.
  • Mr. Mason reported on the will of Thomas Wynn, of Brooklyn. He had corresponded with Mr. J.H. Patten of New York and the matter was again referred to Mr. Mason for further investigation. Mr. Lenox presented a report from the Building Committee relative to the unsettled claims of John Sniffin against Gilbert Cameron, contractor. Mr. Lenox offered a resolution that the board is willing to moderate an agreement in the matter should the contractor desire it, which was adopted. The Secretary stated the contract of Mr. Cameron would expire on the 19th of March and the Board ought to determine whether the fireproofing of the center of the building should be proceeded with or whether the building plans should be altered. All of which was referred to the Building Committee. The Board then adjourned to Saturday, 28th at 10 o'clock am.
