Dear Captain Kelly: I am returning herewith certain correspondence relative to the transfer to the National Museum of a 6-Ton Renault Tank, and, in response to the inquiry contained therein, beg to say that inasmuch as this tank is almost an exact duplicate of the one we already have it seems inadvisable to request its transfer. I am asking, therefore, that the request for such action be canceled. Assuring you of my aprreciation of your continued in- [[overwritten]]0 [[/overwritten]]
