Letter from Colonel C.W. Weeks, War Department liaison, to William deC. Ravenel, Administrative Assistant to Secretary Walcott, stating that General John J. Pershing will send back trophies captured from our enemies, as well as equipment, etc., obtained from our allies during World War I. Letter is typed on War Department, Office of the Chief of Staff, letterhead.
