Summary

A $14,000 scholarship fund named for seventh Smithsonian Secretary Leonard Carmichael is established by members of the Tufts University Class of 1921, of which Carmichael was a member. The scholarship is to be presented annually on the basis of academic achievement, to underwrite the studies of a third-year psychology student.
