Postcard entitled "New National Museum," now the National Museum of Natural History. The roof is green, though in reality it is actually gold. The grounds are empty and the trees are full. Only a few small clouds are in the sky. The message side is unused, but it has a printed note: "The New National Museum in the Mall is a massive and dignified structure of granite, 561x365 feet in area, being greater than any other Government building except the Capitol."
